Lateness Policy

We understand that unexpected delays can happen, but to ensure we provide the best possible service to all clients:

- Arriving Late: If you are more than 5–10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to modify your treatment to fit the time remaining. This ensures that subsequent appointments are not affected.

- Excessive Lateness: If your arrival delays the appointment significantly, we may be unable to accommodate your treatment, and your deposit will be forfeited.
