Refunds and Cancellations Policy
We operate a strict no-refund policy for deposits and payments, as your booking reserves time exclusively for you.
- Cancellation: To cancel an appointment, we require at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within this period will result in the loss of your deposit.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit and secure a new appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will be treated as a cancellation.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
